Mangos are local to and plentiful in Florida. This cake is so easy to make and it's really delicious.

Ingredients For mango crumb cake

  • 1/3 c
    butter or margarine
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    almond extract
  • 1/2 box
    yellow cake mix
  • 1 c
    mango chunks
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1/3 c
    butter, melted
  • 1 c
    almonds, slivered
  • 1/2 box
    yellow cake mix

How To Make mango crumb cake

  • 1
    Pre heat oven to 350. Melt 1/3 cup butter in a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Combine half of the box cake mix, the eggs, mango chunks, almond extract and milk in a mixing bowl. Stir until smooth and pour into baking pan.

    Combine the last 3 ingredients for topping and crumble over cake batter.

    Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.
