This cake has many variations. This is mine. We called it the "Mandarin Orange Cake, Some call it the "Finger Lickin Cake". Whatever you want to call it, it is "DEEELICIOUS.

Ingredients For mandarin orange cake

1yellow cake mix

4eggs
-
1 smcan of mandarin oranges

3/4 cvegetable oil

1 lgwhipped topping

1 smcan crushed pineapple

1 pkginstant vanilla pudding
How To Make mandarin orange cake

1Mix first 4 ingredients well and pour into greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 about 30 to 40 min, test at 30 min. NOTE: DO NOT DRAIN MAN.ORANGES

2Topping: Mix whipped topping with instant vanilla pudding, then add the pineapple (drained). Spread on cooled cake. Decorate as desired. Such as coconut and cherries or Mandarin Oranges.
