11 ozcanned mandarin oranges with liquid

3eggs

1 canvegetable oil

9 ozcool whip, thawed

8 ozcan crushed pineapple, undrained

1/2 ccocoanut

1 boxbox of instant vanilla pudding (4 serv. size)
How To Make mandarin orange cake

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x13" pan. Mix together by hand the cake mix, eggs and oil. Then add in mandarin oranges with liquid.

2Pour into prepared pan and bake 50 minutes or until tests done Cool on rack

3Prepare frosting: Fold together Cool Whip and pudding mix, then cocoanut and pineapple. Frost cake and decorate with cherries or cocoanut. Refrigerate-serve cold
