This is a very moist, refreshing cake. I don't like to make layer cakes, so I baked mine in a 9 x 13 pan. My family really likes it.

Ingredients For mandarin orange cake

1 boxyellow cake mix

1/2 ccooking oil

4eggs

1 canmandarin oranges (11 oz. with liquid)
- ICING

1 can(20 oz.) crushed pineapple in it's own juice

1 pkg(3.5 oz.) instant vanilla pudding

1 pkg(13 oz.) frozen whipped topping
How To Make mandarin orange cake

1Place all ingredients in a bowl. Beat together 3-4 minutes. Do not add any other ingredients. Pour into 3 round cake pans. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes

2Make icing by combining pineapple and pudding. Fold in defrosted whipped topping.

3Frost one layer at a time, then frost top and all sides. Refrigerate.
