Ingredients For mandarin orange cake

  • 1 pkg
    {18-1/4 ounce] white cake mix
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/3 c
    unsweetend applesauce
  • 1 can
    {11 ounce}mandarin oranges undrained
  • 1 can
    {8 ounce} crushed pineapple undrained
  • 1
    {8 ounce} frozen whipped topping thawed
  • 1 box
    [3.4 ounces}instant vanilla pudding mix

How To Make mandarin orange cake

    In a mixing bowl combine the cake mix, eggs, applesauce and oranges, beat on low speed for 1 minute then beat on medium speed for 2 minutes, pour into 2 greased and floured cake pans Bake in 325F oven for 30 minutes or until a woodenpick inserted in center comes out clean.. cool in pan for 10 minutes remove to wire rack to cool.

    In another bowl beat whipped topping, pineapple and pudding mix,,spread between layers and top and sides..keep in refrigerator.
