Ingredients For mandarin marmalade cake

1 boxcake mix (white)

1 (11-oz) canmandarin oranges, undrained

1/4 cwater

6 Tbspbutter, melted

2eggs
-
1 cwhipping cream

2 Tbsppowdered sugar

12 oz. jarorange marmalade (you'll only use some of this).

1 (11 oz) jarthis one drained
How To Make mandarin marmalade cake

1Set oven to 350 degrees. Combine first 5 ingredients. Beat 30 seconds on low and then on medium until well mixed.

2Put into a greased 13X9X2 pan and bake for 28-33 minutes.

3Cool completely.

4For topping: Beat cream until soft peaks form; add sugar. Continue beating until stiff. Gently stir in 1 or 2 Tablespoons of marmalade. Garnish with oranges from the other can.
