This cheesecake was bought to one of our many gatherings when we stationed with RAF Mildenhall, UK. It reminds me that 1. Home is more a sense of belonging than a place. It's where the special people in your heart reside in comfort and security. 2. There are many blessings in my life, of which my travels and memories are some.

Ingredients For lyndsey's cheesecake

1graham cracker pie crust

1 canpie filling ( your favorite flavor!)

8 ozcream cheese

8 ozsour cream

1/2 tspvanilla

1/2 csugar

1/2 tsplemon juice
How To Make lyndsey's cheesecake

1Mix softened cream cheese, sour cream on LOW speed.

2Mix in lemon and vanilla on MEDIUM speed

3Mix in sugar SLOWLY. Mix THROUGHLY

4AFTER MIXING throughly, beat on high speed for 1 minute

5Bake at 375 for 20 mins

6Cool for 40 mins on wire rack.

7Add topping

8Refrigerate for 8-12 hours, I do this overnight or day before
