Ingredients For lusciously moist chocolate cake

1 cflour

1 csugar
-
3 Tbspbaking cocoa

1 tspbaking soda

1/4 tspsalt

1 clight sour cream
-
1 lgegg
-
1 clight sour cream, for frosting

1/3 cpowdered sugar

1/2 tspvanilla
-
1-1/2 cfrozen cool whip, lite, thawed
How To Make lusciously moist chocolate cake

1In lg bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking cocoa, baking soda, salt, 1 cup sour cream and egg. Beat w/ mixer until smooth. Heat oven to 350. Spray a 8"-square pan w/ cooking spray. Pour batter into pan. Bake 25 mins, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

2In bowl, combine 1 cup sour cream, powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix well. Fold in whipped topping.

3When cake is cooled, frost w/ sour cream frosting.
