This is an awesome cake for breakfast or anytime. You can use the regular cake mix and brown sugar, but I'm trying to watch my sugar intake. Nothing missing here!! Enjoy!!

Ingredients For low sugar cinnamon roll cake

1 boxsugar free yellow cake mix

4beaten eggs
-
3/4 coil, i used smart balance

1 clow fat sour cream
-
1 tsppure vanilla extract
-
1 csplenda brown sugar blend

3 Tbspcinnamon, ground
- ICING IS OPTIONAL IF YOU'RE WATCHING YOUR SUGAR INTAKE

2 cpowdered sugar
-
4-5 Tbspskim milk
-
1 tsppure vanilla extract
How To Make low sugar cinnamon roll cake

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

2Mix by hand until smooth,cake mix, eggs, oil and sour cream. DO NOT use a mixer. Pour 1/2 of the batter in a greased 9x13 cake pan

3Mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle 1/2 of mixture on cake batter.

4Pour remaining cake batter on top of mixture. Sprinkle the rest of the brown sugar/cinnamon mixture on top.

5Bake 40 minutes in preheated oven

6Mix powdered sugar, milk and vanilla. Drizzle over warm cake. ENJOY!!
