Ingredients For love dove cake

1 boxyellow cake mix
-
14 ozcan crushed pineapple in syrup

1/3 ccorn starch
-
1/2 csugar
-
2 Tbsplemon juice

2 Tbspbutter, cold

1/4 tspsalt
-
16 ozcontainer of cool whip

16 ozsour cream
-
1 tspvanilla extract
-
red food coloring drops
How To Make love dove cake

1Bake Cake by Directions on Box and let cool.

2Cook pineapple, corn starch, 1/2 cup sugar and salt in a double boiler until clear and thick.

3Add butter, lemon juice and vanilla and mix in well.

4Cool thoroughly.

5Mix Cool Whip and sour cream w/ a few drops of red food coloring (until mixture is pink).

6Ice cake with cool whip icing. Put pineapple topping just on top.

7Keep refrigerated.
