How To Make ~ lotsa lemon cake ~

1Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Spray bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray. Bakers secret works great! In a med bowl, sift together flour, salt and baking powder. Set aside. In another bowl, cream together sugar and butter. Add one egg at a time. Mix in sour cream, lemon zest, lemon juice and vanilla. Add flour mixture alternating with buttermilk. Spread into bundt pan evenly. Bake 50 - 60 min or until pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes and turn onto serving plate. Mix glaze, if want thicker add sugar to desired thickness occurs. Enjoy!
