    oil
  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 3 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 3 c
    apples, chopped
  • 1 c
    pecans, chopped

    Oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bundt pan. in large bowl mix oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Beat until mixed well. Add flour, soda and salt. Beat well. Add apples and pecans. Mix well. Bake for 45-60 min or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
