- CRUST:

1/2 cgraham cracker crumbs

2 Tbspgranulated sugar

2 Tbspbutter, melted
- FILLING:

1/2 csemi-sweet chocolate chips (or milk chocolate ,if that's what you like)

1/2 ccream cheese, room temperature (4 oz.)

2 Tbspgranulated sugar

1/2 tspvanilla extract

1 lgegg , slightly beaten, at room temperature
- TOPPING:

2/3 cwhipped topping

Garnish:chocolate curls, mini- chocolate chips or raspberries
How To Make loaf pan chocolate cheese cake

1Preheat oven to 325^. Line a loaf pan with foil and spray with cooking spray- be sure to leave foil hanging over ends of pan for easy removal. --- Crust: Combine ingredients and press into bottom of prepared pan.

2Filling: Melt chocolate chips in microwave,until melted stirring until smooth after each 30 second interval. In a 2 quart mixing bowl,combine melted chocolate and cream cheese; beat until well mixed beat in egg, sugar and vanilla; stir until smooth.

3Spoon mixture over graham crust;Place loaf pan in a cake pan and pour warm water into the cake pan so that the water comes 1/2 way up the side of the loaf pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove loaf pan from water and let cool on a wire rack to room temperature- about 1 hour.

4Place cheese cake in refrigerator and chill for 4 hour or best overnight. About 1 hour before serving remove foil from pan with cake and spread whipped topping on top; then sprinkle with chocolate curls or garnish of choice.
