Ingredients For lime pie bars

1 1/2 cfinely crushed graham crackers (about 10 to 12 crackers)

4 Tbsppacked brown sugar

2 Tbspall-purpose flour

5 Tbspmelted margarine

8 ozcream cheese, softened

1 1/2 cgranulated sugar

2eggs
-
1/4 cfreshly squeezed lime juice

1 Tbspgrated lime peel
How To Make lime pie bars

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 13×9-inch baking pan; set aside

2Combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar and flour in large bowl. Add melted butter to cracker mixture in 2 parts, stirring until mixture is thoroughly moist and crumbly.

3Press crust evenly into bottom of pan and bake 15 minutes; set aside.

4Place cream cheese and granulated sugar in bowl of electric stand mixer. Beat at medium-low speed until smooth and creamy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Add lime juice and lime peel. Mix until just combined.

5Pour filling over warm crust. Bake in center of oven 15 to 20 minutes or until filling is set and begins to separate from side of pan.

6Cool on wire rack 2 hours. Using a sharp knife, cut into 2-inch bars.
