Ingredients For light cheese cake

1 pkggraham crackers, crushed

4 Tbspbutter or margarine, melted

1 Tbspsugar

3 pkg8oz cream cheese room temp

1 cansweetened condensed milk

2 canevaporated milk

5 lgeggs
-
4 Tbspsugar

1 tspvanilla extract

1 tsplemon extract

1 canyour favorite topping, blueberry etc.
How To Make light cheese cake

1crust...mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter and 3 tbls sugar.... press into spring form pan...bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

2in electric mixed, softened cream cheese, evaporated milk and beat till blend well. Add eggs one at a time and beat..add sugar can use splender if you want to, add extracts, Add sweetened condensed milk..Pour into graham crust and bake at 350degrees till tests done 1hour to 1 and 1/2 hours...top should puff.

3let cool and refrigerate... add your favorite topping..canned is fine.. serve when well chilled.
