1/4 cbuttermilk

3/4 cpowdered sugar

How To Make light blackberry cheescake

1Mix cheese and sugar.Add eggs, one at the time, and then add vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, mix flour,grits and baking powder.Add dry ingredients to the cheese mixture.Add the buttermilk.

2Pour dough to 8 inch pan.Arrange the blackberries on top of the dough and push them gently into the dough.

3Bake 50 minutes in a 350 degree preheated oven.Enjoy.
