I made this up one night because I wanted a really moist (pudding) cake that was lemon flavored.

Ingredients For lemon pudding cake
- CAKE

1box yellow cake mix
-
1small box vanilla pudding
-
3/4 coil
-
3/4 cmilk
-
4eggs
-
3 Tbspsour cream
-
lemon extract, to taste

vanilla extract, to taste

lemon zest, to taste (optional)
- GLAZE

1 cpowdered sugar

1/3 clemon juice
How To Make lemon pudding cake

1Stir together the box cake mix & the instant pudding.

2Mix in your oil, then milk then your eggs one by one.

3Add the remaining ingredients. Mix well until there are no lumps

4Grease a budnt pan then pour in cake mix.

5Bake at 325-350 for 40 min, making sure to test for doneness.

6Let the cake cool for 10 min in the pan. When moderately cool, flip cake pan onto a plate. Glaze cake.
