Ingredients For lemon pound cake

  • 1 box
    lemon supreme cake mix
  • 1 c
    apricot nectar
  • 3/4 c
    canola oil
  • 4 lg
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    confectioners' sugar ( for icing )
  • 1
    lemon ( for icing )

How To Make lemon pound cake

    Prheat oven 325 degrees Combine cake mix, sugar, oil and nectar. Add one egg at time beating well after each. Pour in a well greased and floured bundt or tube cake pan. Bake about one hour or until done. Let cool in pan about 5 mins and then turn out on cake plate. Drizzle icing while still warm

    Icing Mix 1 cup of confection sugar with the juice of 1 lemon. Mix well and drizzle over warm cake.
