Ingredients For lemon pound cake

  • 1 box
    betty crocker with pudding in the mix yellow super moist cake mix
  • 3/4 c
    canola oil
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 4 lg
    eggs
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 1 tsp
    almond extract
  • 1 tsp
    lemon extract
  • ICING
  • 1 c
    10x sugar
  • 6 Tbsp
    lemon juice

How To Make lemon pound cake

    preheat oven for 30 minutes at 350. its important the oven be preheated. spray pan well with pam.

    put all ingredients in bowl use electric mixer,the longer you mix the cake the fluffier it will be.

    this will make 1 bunt cake or 2 small round cakes
  • 4
    as soon as the cake is on a plate .stick knife around several times to make holes in cake .pour icing on cake while it is hot
