Ingredients For lemon pound cake

  • 1 pkg
    lemon cake mix
  • 1 pkg
    (3 oz.) instant lemon puddin mix
  • 1/3 c
    oil
  • 1 c
    water
  • 4
    large eggs

How To Make lemon pound cake

    Blend all ingredients in a large bowl; beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.

    Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 inch cake pans. Can also be made in a Bundt pan.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 33-38 minutes for layer pans and 50-60 minutes for Bundt pan. Cool completely.
  • 4
    Frost with a lemon frosting for layer cake or a lemon glaze for a Bundt cake.
