Ingredients For lemon pound cake

1 boxyellow cake mix

1 boxsmall box lemon pudding mix

3/4 cmilk
-
4eggs
-
1-2 tbsp. lemon extract

3/4 ccooking oil

2 cpowdered sugar

4-5 tbsp. lemon juice

3/4 stickmelted butter
How To Make lemon pound cake

1Mix the dry cake mix and dry pudding mix together. Add milk and mix well.

2Add the eggs one at a time, beating after each one. Add 1-2 tbsp. lemon extract and add the cooking oil. Mi slowly but evenly.

3Bake @ 300 in a tube pan for 1 hour, 15 minutes. Glaze while still hot.

4GLAZE Blend the powdered sugar, lemon juice and melted butter together and pour over the cake while it is still hot.
