2/3 cunbleached all-purpose flour

1Beat butter and sugar until smooth.

2Beat in egg whites.

3In large bowl, combine flour, oat bran, poppy seeds and baking soda.

4Add flour mixture, yogurt, lemon juice and rind to butter mixture.

5Spread batter in nonstick, 12-cup bundt pan.

6Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes clean.

7Cool in pan for 20 minutes.

8Invert onto a wire rack.

9For glaze, combine confectioners\' sugar with lemon juice.

10Drizzle on cake.
