POKE CAKES ARE SO EASY TO MAKE. ANOTHER OF MY FAVORITE POKE CAKES IS VANILLA PUDDING IN THE HOLES WITH CAN OF CHOCOLATE ICING ON TOP. NOW YOU HAVE A GREAT BOSTON CREAM PIE. MY FAMILY LOVES MY COCONUT ICING POKE CAKE. THERE ARE SO MANY WAYS TO CHANGE THIS CAKE TO SOMETHING THAT YOU LIKE.

1 boxyellow cake mix

1 canlemon pie filling

8 ozcool whip
How To Make lemon poke cake

1COOK CAKE IN 13 X 9 PAN AS INSTRUCTED ON THE BOX. AFTER IT HAS COOLED, TAKE A LARGE WOODEN SPOON HANDLE (1/2 INCH WIDE) AND POKE ABOUT 70 HOLES IN THE CAKE.

2OPEN THE LEMON PIE FILLING AND MASH SOME OF THE FILLING IN EACH HOLE. SPREAD THE REST OF THE FILLING ON TOP OF THE CAKE.

3SPREAD THE COOL WHIP ON TOP OF THE LEMON PIE FILLING. REFRIGERATE THE CAKE. ALWAYS MAKE THIS CAKE THE DAY BEFORE YOU SERVE IT.
