How To Make lemon/orange cake

1PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES

2MIX FIRST FOUR INGREDIENTS USING HAND OR STAND MIXER FOR 3- 4 MINUTES

3ADD OIL AND MIX USING HAND OR STAND MIXER FOR AN ADDITIONAL 2 MINUTES

4BAKE IN A BUNDT PAN SPRAYED WITH BAKER'S JOY FOR 45 MINUTES

5AS SOON AS CAKE COMES OUT OF OVEN, POKE HOLES IN TOP AND POUR GLAZE OVER TOP.

6FOR GLAZE: STIR 1 CUP ORANGE JUICE WITH 2 CUPS OF POWDERED SUGAR UNTIL DISSOLVED.
