Ingredients For lemon loaf

1 boxsupreme lemon cake mix

1small package jello instant lemon pudding powder

4eggs
-
1/2 coil
-
1 cwater
- GLAZE

juice of 1 lemon

juice of 1 orange

1/2 cpowdered sugar
How To Make lemon loaf

1Put all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl and beat together for 3 minutes.

2Pour into 2 greased loaf pans, and bake at 350 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes. To test insert toothpick and if it comes out clean it is done.

3Let rest in pans for 5 minutes and then remove to a cooling rack. Glaze immediately.

4GLAZE: Stir together until smooth, and paint top of loaves aallowing the glaze to run down the edges. Freezes well.
