Ingredients For lemon loaf

  • 1 box
    supreme lemon cake mix
  • 1
    small package jello instant lemon pudding powder
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    oil
  • 1 c
    water
  • GLAZE
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • juice of 1 orange
  • 1/2 c
    powdered sugar

How To Make lemon loaf

  • 1
    Put all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl and beat together for 3 minutes.

    Pour into 2 greased loaf pans, and bake at 350 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes. To test insert toothpick and if it comes out clean it is done.

    Let rest in pans for 5 minutes and then remove to a cooling rack. Glaze immediately.

    GLAZE: Stir together until smooth, and paint top of loaves aallowing the glaze to run down the edges. Freezes well.
