1 cancondensed milk

1 (8oz) pkgcream cheese

1/3 clemon juice

1 tspvanilla extract

1graham cracker pie crust

lemon zest, (optional)
How To Make lemon ice box pie

1Let cream cheese come to room temp. Cream the cheese and milk.

2Add lemon juice, lemon zest (if you choose), and vanilla.

3Continue beating until smooth and creamy. Pour into pie crust. Chill a couple of hours before serving.
