One of the easiest desserts you can whip up in a few minutes and it is always a crowd pleaser. I love that the store-bought pie crust comes with a lid!

Ingredients For lemon ice box pie

  • 1 can
    condensed milk
  • 1 (8oz) pkg
    cream cheese
  • 1/3 c
    lemon juice
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1
    graham cracker pie crust
  • lemon zest, (optional)

How To Make lemon ice box pie

  • 1
    Let cream cheese come to room temp. Cream the cheese and milk.

    Add lemon juice, lemon zest (if you choose), and vanilla.
  • 3
    Continue beating until smooth and creamy. Pour into pie crust. Chill a couple of hours before serving.
