Ingredients For lemon delicacy

1 csugar

2 Tbspall purpose flour
-
1 pinchsalt
-
2 lgeggs, separated, beaten
-
1 cmilk
-
1 lglemon, grated rind, and juice of one lemon

2 Tbspbutter, melted

2 lgegg whites, stiffly beaten
How To Make lemon delicacy

1Sift together sugar, flour, and salt. Stir in beaten egg yolks. Beat in milk, lemon rind and juice, butter. Fold in egg whites. Pour into greased 8-9 inch pie plate. Set pie plate in pan of hot water ( about halfway up sides of pie plate) and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serve Cold.
