I got this recipe from Taste of Home. Really good & moist. Next time I make it I'm going to try strawberry, cherry, or blueberry pie filling!!

Ingredients For lemon crumb cake

2 cbuttermilk
-
1 csugar
-
2eggs
-
2 Tbspbutter or marg., melted

2 tspvanilla
-
3 cflour
-
1 1/4 tspbaking powder

1 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspbaking soda
-
1 canlemon pie filling
-
topping:
-
1 cflour
-
2/3 csugar
-
1/3 ccold butter or marg. cubed
How To Make lemon crumb cake

1In large bowl beat first 5 ingredients.

2Combine dry ingredients. Gradually add to mixture.

3Grease 9x13 pan. Pour mixture into pan.

4Drop pie filling by teaspoons onto cake mixture.

5Combine topping by cutting in butter until mixture is crumbly texture. I used a pastery cutter, pictured.

6Sprinkle topping over cake mixture.

7350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
