    jiffy golden yellow cake mix
  • 1/4 c
    oil
  • 1
    egg
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 c
    flaked coconut, (optional)

How To Make lemon crinkle top cookies

    Preheat oven to 350. Grease a baking sheet. Blend all ingredients until moist. Drop dough by tsp. on prepared baking sheet. Bake 11 to 13 min. or until lightly browned around edges.
