Do you like lemon? You will love this cake! Dripping with lemon glaze on top, it is a great treat!

Ingredients For lemon cake, mom

  • 1 sm
    lemon jello
  • 1 c
    hot water
  • 1 pkg
    yellow or white cake mix
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon extract
  • 3/4 c
    wesson oil
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1 c
    powdered sugar
  • 4 1/2 Tbsp
    real lemon

How To Make lemon cake, mom

  • 1
    Dissolve jello in water in large bowl. Let cool, add cake mix. Add extract, oil and eggs. Pour into greased glass baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees 40 min. While hot, prick holes with fork in top, and pour with mixture of sugar and lemon.
