I make this every Christmas, don't know why I just make it at Christmas. Very good.

Ingredients For lemon cake

1 boxlemon cake mix
-
1 boxlemon instant pudding
-
1 1/3 cwater
-
3/4 coil
-
3eggs
-
3 cpowdered sugar

lemon juice
How To Make lemon cake

1Cake: Mix cake mix, pudding mix, water, oil and eggs. Bake at 325" in Bundt pan for aobut 45 minutes. With my oven I have to bake alittle longer.

2Glaze: Mix powdered sugar with enough lemon juice to make thin. Leave cake in pan. Make toothpick holes in cake, pour 2/3 of glaze over cake. Let set in pan for 10 minutes. Turn out and spoon remaining glaze over cake.
