A friend from our Winter home served this cake to a group of us and I asked for the recipe which I really liked. So I would like to share it with you.

Ingredients For lemon cake

  • 1 pkg
    lemon cake mix
  • 1--3 oz pkg
    lemon jello
  • 4
    eggs
  • 3/4 c
    wesson or canola oil
  • 3/4 c
    water
  • GLAZE
  • 3/8 c
    lemon juice
  • 1 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cube
    butter

How To Make lemon cake

    Grease and flour 9x13 Pan. Mix together cake mix,jello,eggs,oil and water Bake at 350* 25-3o Min or until done

    Glaze: While cake is still hot poke holes in top of cake and pour on lemon glaze. Enjoy
