A great, quick dessert with so few ingredients from Curious Cuisiner member Kathi Cahall who says it's a snap to make. Everyone at our May meeting loved it.

Ingredients For lemon bars

  • 1 box
    angel food cake mix
  • 1 lg
    can lemon pie filling
  • confectionary sugary

How To Make lemon bars

  • 1
    Mix together both ingredients.
  • 2
    Grease the bottom of a 9x13 pan.

    Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.

    When cool, dust with confectionery sugar.
