I found it!!! You could even make ladyfingers for Tiramisu cupcakes. You can just eat it with a drizzle of Dulce De Leche . . or whatever your heart or stomach wants . . .

5egg whites

4egg yolks

2/3 csugar

dash of vanilla

1/2 tspbaking powder

1 call purpose flour
How To Make ladyfinger recipe for tiramisu

1Separate eggs into 2 separate bowls.

2Beat egg whites on high speed, until foamy. Add 2 Tbsp. from the 2/3 cup of sugar to the egg whites. Continue to beat until stiff peaks form, set aside.

3In a separate bowl, add vanilla and remainder of the sugar to the egg yolks and beat, set aside.

4Sift together flour and baking powder.

5Fold in half of the egg whites into the yolks. Do it gently.

6Fold the flour mixture into the yolks.

7Fold the rest of the egg whites into the yolks.

8Put the batter into a pastry bag or a zip-lock bag and snip the tip of a corner.

9Pipe the batter onto a greased cookie sheet.

10Bake for 6 minutes, do not turn you back on them. All you want is for the edges to turn brown, and it is done.

11Remove the ladyfingers from the oven onto a rack for cooling.

12Now you can start on your Tiramisu cake!!!
