I purchased this box of premium baking mix for the first time, only becaue it was on the reduced rack for just over $3.00. I figured for three dollars it was worth a try. After baking this moist & tasty cake, I am sure I will buy it again and pay a lot more for it at the regular price. The box will make 3 desserts and has the frosting for each included in the box. I did add Lorann Orange emulsion to enhance the orange flavor of the cake. This is one of the most moist boxes of dessert mix I have ever bought, and It Is so tasty and delicious. Hope you give this one a try. It taste great.

Melt butter in a medium size bowl. Add in the baking mix, eggs, & mountain dew, water or champagne. Add in the orange emulsion or extract. Stir or beat till blended together & batter is smooth.
  • 3
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean. These are the main ingredients I used & the candy sprinkles.

Invert onto cake platter or wire rack. When cool. prepare glaze by adding in the liquid and beat until smooth then drizzle over cake as desired.
