Being on a bowling league is one of the greatest joys I've ever had. I think mainly because the girls have a carry in once a month. I've always been chosen to make dessert. I love to make cheesecakes and I fiddle around with a lot of different flavors. I hope they and you will enjoy my new concoction.

How To Make key lime cheesecake
-
1Preheat ove to 350. Prepare crust, mix all ingredients for crust, press onto bottom and sides of springform pan, bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes, remove and allow to cool for 10 minutes
-
2Cream together cream cheese, sour cream and sugar or splenda in a large bowl, do not over mix, but batter should be smooth without any lumps
-
3Add eggs one at a time, making sure to incorporate each one before adding the next
-
4Add vanilla flavoring, lime zest and lime juice
-
5Pour into baked and cooled crust. Place into heated oven and bake for 45 min or until it is only slightly jiggly in the center. I always use a water bath when baking cheesecakes by placing a heat proof bowl filled with water inside the oven on the rack below the cheesecake.
