1/2 cunsalted butter melted

1/2 cpumpkin puree

5eggs

1/2 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt

1 tsppumpekin pie spice

1/2 cmonkfruit

1 tspvanilla
- CREAM CHEESE ICING

6 ozcream cheese softned
-
3 ozunsalted butter softned

1/2 tspvanilla

1/4 cmonkfruit
How To Make keto pumpkin cheesecake bars

1mix dry ingredients coconut flour, monk fruit, baking powder, salt, pumpkin pie spice. Add butter, pumpkin puree, eggs, and vanilla. mix well.

2Pour into parchment lined 8x8 pan.

3Bake at 400 degrees for 21 min. Cool.

4For icing mix cream cheese, unsalted butter, vanilla, monk fruit. Mix well.

5When pumpkin bars have cooled ice with cream cheese icing.
