These are my go-to quick and easy keto brownies. No fancy ingredients except for the erythritol (or swerve). You can also use xylitol, but that's not as good for keto as erythritol based sweeteners. Use grass fed butter, if possible, and free range eggs. The melted butter should not bee hot but only luke warm when added to the dry ingredients, so that you don't cook the eggs.

1/2 calmond meal

1/2 cerythritol (or swerve)

1/3 ccocoa powder (unsweetened)

1/2 cbutter, melted

1/4 tspbaking powder

1 tspvanilla extract
How To Make keto brownies

1Preheat oven to 350°F

2Grease a 8x8 inch pan and layer with non stick baking paper

3Mix dry ingredients, then add melted butter and eggs and mix quickly, don't overmix!

4Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes
