1 cchopped pecans

4egg yolks

2 Tbsphot water

2.5 Tbspground cinnamon

1 capplesauce

1.5 cvegetable oil

How To Make kentucky pecan cake

1Combine first 7 ingredients in order listed; beat at medium speed of mixer until smooth. Stir in chopped pecans.

2Beat egg whites (at room temperature) until stiff; fold into batter.

3Pour mixture into an ungreased 10-inch tube pan.

4Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

5Invert pan, and cool cake completely; remove from pan.

6Sprinkle top of cake with powdered sugar.
