1 tspbaking soda

1 1/2 Tbsphershey cocoa powder

2 1/4 csugar

1 1/4 ccooking oil

2eggs
-
1 cbulgarian buttermilk
-
1 1/2 tspreal vanilla
-
1/2 to 3/4 ozred food coloring
-
1 tspwhite vinegar
-
1/2 cfreshly made warm coffee
- CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE ICING

2 stickparkay margarine
-
16 ozcream cheese
-
3/4 tsphershey cocoa powder
-
1 tspreal vanilla
-
32 ozpowdered sugar
How To Make kats red velvet mocha cake

1Preheat oven to 325 . Grease and flour 3 round cake pans.

2Whisk together : cake flour , salt , baking powder , baking soda and cocoa in medium bowl . Set this aside .

3In a large bowl mix sugar and cooking oil. Mix eggs into mixture one at a time until blended , stir in buttermilk , vanilla and food coloring until well blended. Now stir in coffee and vinegar.

4Combine your wet mixture with dry ingredients (mixing a little at a time ) until it is combined.

5Pour batter in pans evenly ( tap pans to release air bubbles ). Bake for about 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean .DO NOT OVERCOOK .

6Cool cakes on racks ,then loosen cakes on side and remove from pans to finish cooling before icing .

7Make sure cake is COMPLETELY cool before icing.
