Ingredients For kahluah cheese cake
- CRUST

1 1/4 cchocolate graham cracker crumbs

1/4 csugar

1/3 cbutter, melted
- CAKE

2 pkgpackages cream cheese, softened

3/4 csugar

1/2 ccocoa
-
2 lgeggs
-
1/4 cstrong coffee
-
1/4 ckahlua liqueur

1 tspvanilla extract

1(8 oz.) carton commercial sour cream

2 Tbspsugar

1 tspvanilla extract

6-8chocolate curls (optional)
How To Make kahluah cheese cake

1Combine first 3 ingredients; mix well. Firmly press mixture into bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 325 degrees fro 5 minutes. Cool.

2Beat cream cheese with electric mixer until light and fluffy; gradually add 3/4 cup sugar, mixing well. Beat in 1/2 cup cocoa. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in next 3 ingredients. Pour into prepared springform pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Filling will be soft but will firm up at the cake stands.

3Combine sour cream, 2 Tbsp. sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla; Spread over hot cheesecake. Bake at 425 degrees for 7 minutes. Let cool to room temperature on a wire rack. Chill overnight in refrigerator.

4Remove sides of springform pan. To garnish, place 3 chocolate curls in center of cheesecake. Gently break remaining chocolate curls and sprinkle over cheesecake, if desired.
