I have some catering, mostly small affairs and at church events. This is the recipe that I have sold the most. It gets moe compliments than any other recipe that I make.

Ingredients For kahlua pound cake

1 boxdevil's food cake mix

3 1/2 ozchocolte instant pudding mix

1/2 coil
-
1/2 csugar
-
4 lgeggs
-
1/4 cbourbon
-
1/4 ckahlua
-
coffee glaze
-
2 cconfectioners sugar
-
2 Tbspcocoa powder - or more depending upon taste

1/2 tspvanilla
-
3/4 cdouble strength coffee
-
small amount kahlua
How To Make kahlua pound cake

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a well greased and floured bundt pan or you can use regular 9 inch cake pans. Bake 50 minutes. Remove from oven and place on wire rack to cool. Glaze when thoroughly cool with coffe glaze.

2COFFEE GLAZE: Combine confectioners sugar and cocoa, mixing well. Combine coffee, small amount of kahlua and vanilla. Add coffee mixture to confectioners sugar very slowly, only a small amount at a time, until you reach a glaze-like consistency but not too runny.
