Ingredients For joan's lemon glazed cake

1 boxduncan hines butter yellow cake mix

2 cpowdered sugar

1/2 cfresh lemon juice

1zest of one lemon

1/4 cmelted butter
How To Make joan's lemon glazed cake

1Bake cake as directed on box. It's best to use a disposable 13x9 foil cake pan. While it's baking, prepare the icing.

2As soon as you take cake from oven, punch holes in the cake with a big cooking fork.

3Pour the icing all over the cake so that it goes down into the holes.

4Let cool completely, then sprinkle with more powdered sugar. It's especially good if you make it the day before.
