1 clight brown sugar

1 coil

3 cflour

2-3ripe bananas, diced

3eggs

1 can(20 ounces) crushed pineapple with juice

1 tspvanilla

1 tspsalt

1 tspbaking soda

1 tspcinnamon (optional)

1-1/2 cchopped pecans
How To Make jamaican cake

1Mix together sugar, oil, pecans, flour and bananas in a 9 X 13 inch baking pan.

2Stir in the eggs, pineapple, vanilla, salt and baking soda. Mix well. Do not mash the bananas. Can be topped with shredded coconut.,

3Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. If cake is getting to brown, tent with foil after 40 minutes.
