Ingredients For italian love cake

    ricotta
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla extract
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 box
    yellow cake mix
  • 1 1/2 c
    whole milk
  • 1 box
    chocolate pudding(large)
  • 8 oz
    cool whip

How To Make italian love cake

    Preheat oven 350 degrees

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs & sugar. Using a hand mixer, beat together until combined.

    Next add in the ricotta. Break it apart slightly with a spatula, then mix together until completely combined.

    Lastly, add in the vanilla. Kee. Mixing until all ingredients are combined and your batter reaches a smooth, non-grainy consistency. Set aside.

    In another large mixing bowl, mix together your yellow are mix according to the box directions. Once both batters are completed layer into a large baking pan.

    Bake for 20-35 minutes. Test for done ness when a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean. Te top of the cake will turn golden brown.

    Let the cake cool at room temperature. Once it is cooled - place it in the refrigerator.

    Frosting In another large bowl, combine the milk & the instant pudding with hand mixer. Start adding the cool whip little at a time . Once the ingredients rare fully combined, spread the frosting on the cake.
