Ingredients For italian love cake

  • 1 box
    chocolate cake mix
  • 2 lb
    ricotta cheese
  • 4 lg
    eggs
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 box
    instant chocolate pudding, small
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 8 oz
    cool whip

How To Make italian love cake

    Prepare cake mix as directed. Pour into 9X13 inch glass pan. SET ASIDE.

    With mixer at medium speed mix ricotta, eggs, vanilla & sugar.
  • 3
    Spoon evenly over cake. DO NOT MIX.
  • 4
    Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes.

    Let cool completely. Combine pudding and milk and fold in cool whip.
  • 6
    Spread over cool cake.
