This recipe came to me from my mother who got it from her best friend. It had been in their family for years, and it became one of our favorites! I remember this cake being around for as long as I can remember.

Ingredients For italian chocolate cheesecake

  • CRUST
  • 2
    egg yolks
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    butter, softened
  • 1 c
    flour
  • CAKE
  • 1 lb
    ricotta cheese
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    heavy cream
  • 1
    drop vanilla
  • hersheys chocolate small amount, to taste)

How To Make italian chocolate cheesecake

  • 1
    Mix crust ingredients and press into the bottom of a 9x13 pan
  • 2
    Mix all other ingredients and pour over crust
  • 3
    Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes
