This icecream cake has endless possibilities. Depending on flavors and what to put in between the layers.

Ingredients

20 - icecream sandwiches
1 - jar of hot fudge
1 - jar of caramel topping
- oreo cookies, brownie bits, toffe bits, charleston chews...anything you love and can freeze )
- any flavor of ice cream softened a bit

How To Make icecream sandwich cake

Step 1

In a 9x 13 pan layer one layer of ice cream sandwiches. You will have to cut a few in half in order for them to fit.

Step 2

Next spoon some of the softened ice cream on top of the sandwiches.
Step 3

Heat up the hot fudge and drizzle that over the ice cream and drizzle the caramel over that.
Step 4

Next crush some oreo cookies and/or brownies and sprinkle on top.
Step 5

Another layer of sandwiches.
Step 6

Last layer of softened ice cream, fudge, caramel and your choice of chopped nuts or toffee or both.
Step 7

Put in your freezer until it gets set.
