Ingredients For ice box fruit cake

  • 3/4 lb
    each candied pineapple & cherries
  • 1 lb
    each white raisins, walnuts and pecans
  • 1 lb
    box graham crackers
  • 1 small can
    pet milk (5 fluid ounces of evaporated milk)
  • 12 oz
    marshmallows, mini
  • 1 can
    coconut (1 1/3 cup)
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract

How To Make ice box fruit cake

    Crush graham crackers to meal with rolling pin.

    Melt marshmallows in milk over a double boiler, add vanilla.

    Pour over fruit, nuts and cracker meal. Mix well and pack in pan. Store in refrigerator.
