Ingredients For ice box fruit cake

3/4 lbeach candied pineapple & cherries

1 lbeach white raisins, walnuts and pecans

1 lbbox graham crackers

1 small canpet milk (5 fluid ounces of evaporated milk)

12 ozmarshmallows, mini

1 cancoconut (1 1/3 cup)

1 tspvanilla extract
How To Make ice box fruit cake

1Crush graham crackers to meal with rolling pin.

2Melt marshmallows in milk over a double boiler, add vanilla.

3Pour over fruit, nuts and cracker meal. Mix well and pack in pan. Store in refrigerator.
