Ingredients For hummingbird bundt cake
- CAKE

3 cflour
-
2 csugar
-
1 tspbaking soda
-
1 tspcinnamon
-
1 1/2 cvegetable oil
-
3eggs
-
1 can8 oz can crushed pineapple
-
1/3 cpineapple juice (reserved from canned pineapple)

2 cchopped/mashed ripe bananas
-
1 cchopped nuts
- FROSTING/GLAZE

1 cpowdered sugar
-
2-3 Tbsppineapple juice, reserved from canned pineapple
How To Make hummingbird bundt cake

1Combine flour, sugar, soda, cinnamon, oil, eggs and pineapple juice. By hand, add the pineapple, bananas, and nuts.

2Grease bundt pan. Pour batter into pan. Bake at 350 degree for 55 - 65 minutes, until done and toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.

3Let cool in pan for about 10 minutes before inverting on cooling rack. Once completely cooled, drizzle with frosting. (To make frosting, combine all ingredients well in small bowl.) May garnish with additional chopped nuts if desired.
